It’s been about five weeks since our last blog post and email newsletter, but we’re back with some exciting updates! These past few weeks have been incredibly productive, a little stressful, and, most importantly, full of interesting developments.
Five weeks ago, we officially launched pre-orders for our ARC Maker and ARC Maker Pro. Just days after, we had the opportunity to demo our pre-production model at the Toronto Woodworking Show. It was an incredible experience where we connected with many of you who have been supporting us since the beginning and met new faces eager to learn more about what we do.
The feedback I received at the show was invaluable, and I’ve walked away with a few great ideas on how we can add even more value to our growing community:
Free Demos at Our Kitchener Office - BOOK A DEMO
We’re excited to announce that we’ll be offering free demos at our office in Kitchener, Ontario. If you’re interested in trying out our machines, you’re welcome to come by and see the ARC Maker and ARC Maker Pro in action. I’ll personally guide you through how to use Lightburn and help you turn your ideas into reality. Whether you’re curious about the machine or considering a purchase, this is a fantastic opportunity to explore if our product is right for you.
Paid Laser and CNC Fabrication Services
If you have projects, products, or customization needs but don’t have a laser cutter or CNC machine, we’ve got you covered. We’re launching paid laser and CNC fabrication services for anyone looking to create without the need to buy their own machine. From engraving logos on cutting boards to helping you design and fabricate unique project ideas, we’re here to bring your vision to life.
Exciting Beta Testing
In other exciting news, we recently completed some extensive testing for a potential beta customer. I connected with this customer while working at Sienci Labs last year, and he reached out to us again to see if the ARC Maker Pro could meet his business needs. The project involved fabricating parts from a specialty material that required speed, dimensional accuracy, and repeatability. This was a perfect opportunity to push the ARC Maker Pro to its limits, and I’m proud to say the test was a success.
Throughout the process, I made several small improvements to the machine’s design, and I’m now more confident than ever in its capabilities. We’ll be sharing more about the ARC Maker Pro’s performance and design improvements on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook soon, so keep an eye out for some exciting content.
There’s even more to update you on, but I’ll save that for our next blog post and newsletter. Thank you for being a part of our journey, and we can’t wait to show you more of what’s to come!
