Compatible with LightBurn software, which is user-friendly and supports a wide range of file types including vector and image files. LightBurn offers extensive controls for cutting, engraving, and more. Each machine comes with a Lightburn License included for free!
Yes, for optimal performance and safety, proper ventilation is necessary. Purchase our ARC Air Filter to exhaust and filter outside with ease. Both models come with standard exhaust ports if you want to add your own exhaust/filter solution.
Both machines come with a 1-year limited warranty, covering parts and labor for any manufacturer defects. We also offer extended support through our community forums and customer service team.
Pre-orders will begin to ship May/June 2025. We understand waiting for pre-orders isn't fun but that is why we are providing a pre-order discount, $500 off the MSRP. We ship across North America, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.
